An email agent that already knows your business
Give it your website. Get an address like yourbusiness@agents.yaya.tech. Forward a customer's email to it, and it answers the customer for you, using only what your website and your own notes say.
It reads your pages and lists the facts it found: hours, prices, services, policies, contact details. You can remove any fact or add your own.
Forward an inquiry to your agent's address. The customer gets a reply from your business; you get a copy. Add a note on top ("tell her we're closed Friday") and it uses it.
Before anything is sent, a separate check matches every sentence against your sources. If it can't verify a reply, it sends nothing and tells you.
If your sources only answer part of a question, it answers that part, says the team will follow up, and emails you the question. Reply with the answer: it sends the customer a follow-up and remembers it for next time.
Customer emails are processed and not kept. Your agent only acts on email from addresses you've confirmed, and only after their mail server proves they sent it.
